The Leasing Experience

The cottage community operates on a 21-year renewable lease system. These lease fees enable the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport to provide essential services and maintain parkland in accordance with the Parks Act.

To preserve the parks' peaceful, community-focused atmosphere, cottage leases are intended for personal use. Third-party or short-term rentals are not permitted and are considered a violation of the lease agreement.
